DTSI has an in depth process of sourcing our personnel. All of our personnel are prescreened and interviewed before their information is submitted. When interviews are scheduled, per the request of our client, DTSI has the ability to provide a contractors references, work status, available start date and salary history. Once an offer is extended and following the acceptance of the project, a drug screen and background check can also be administered before our personnel arrive on site.
